The employee experience begins with the first communication potential employees receive from you and continues until they leave. That's also where the onboarding process begins. We show you how to make the process informative, engaging and fun, to start the employee experience with excitement and enthusiasm.

How do you know if your employees are engaged? Only the bravest will come out and tell you. Most will either do minimal work or start looking for a new job. If you want to know what your employees need, you must ask them, often and anonymously, so they feel comfortable telling you how it is for them. Only then can you make the changes needed to keep great employees. We help you design the correct surveys, focus groups and chats to get and keep employees engaged.
People leave bosses, not companies! According to a Gallup study, around 50% of employees leave their company to get away from their bosses.
You can have the best interventions from HR and training, but if individual supervisors, group leaders and managers are not carrying them out, nothing changes and you can lose valuable employees. We offer individual and group coaching to facilitate real change in your leadership and ensure everyone is on the same page.
