A world without  cell phones, without personal computers, no fax machines (now mostly obsolete), no voice mail, no email, and no internet, where everything was done manually, mostly by hand or typewriters. 

You might think we were in the Twilight Zone, but it was just how the world was in 1982, when we started. 


It was before companies started to reorganize and downsize, before technology took over our lives. 

We started with four training programs designed for administrative support staff, because no one was offering them training. We added a monthly national newsletter called "The Secretarial Consultant" and became a licensed employment agency so we could find the perfect fit for our clients. 


That quickly expanded to management and leadership training and organizational consulting. We added coaching in the late 1990's, and expanded to a second location in Phoenix, AZ.


We thrive on change, based on our client needs, but the one thing that has remained the same is that businesses are still run by people. 


We've helped companies navigate change from the introduction of technology in the 80's to today's focus on AI. People have always been our focus, Helping people easily adapt to change to be the best that they can be, so your business can continue to grow, thrive and compete.

Sue Barenholtz is an Executive Advisor to leaders navigating change. With over 4 decades of experience consulting, training and coaching organizations and people, she is your go to Executive Advisor for navigating change in your organization. 


Sue has served on the board of ATD (Association for Talent Development) in two states and at the National level and is a past president of the Detroit Chapter. She is also a past officer of ICF (International Coach Federation) in Phoenix.  


Sue earned her Bachelors degree in Social Work, received her coach training from Coach University and Corporate Coach University and earned Blanchard Coaching Certification and Ritz Carlton's Onboarding Certification.

  • Created an onboarding process to recruit, hire, train and orient new staff that reduced turnover by 35%
  • Established a standard level of service for consultants and helped them acquire a stakeholder mindset that contributed to the overall success of the business.
  • Managed the implementation of a problem resolution training rollout to over 3,000 front line union employees at Chrysler Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. 
  • Managed the implementation of a customer service training program to over 3,500 employees at AAA.
  • Custom designed training modules for U S Department of the Navy, U S Department of Energy, General Motors, Detroit Medical Center, Little Caesars and Stroh Brewery to educate staff on key competencies that increased their level of production and efficiency to meet the needs of executives. 
  • Designed and conducted a needs assessment for the Director’s Office at Los Alamos National Laboratories that resulted in increased productivity, improved communication and business process work flow, clarified staff roles, responsibilities and performance standards, and created a model for continued growth.
  • Conducted focus groups and individual management interviews at Subang Jaya Medical Centre in Malaysia to assess their training needs, then custom designed and delivered training to all levels of the organization.
