When we started the company, there were no cell phones, no personal computers, even fax machines (now mostly obsolete), were yet to be invented. It was before companies started to reorganize and downsize, before technology took over our lives.
But the one thing that has remained the same is that businesses are still run by people, and that's always been the focus of what we do. Helping people be the best that they can be so your business can continue to grow and thrive.
She calls herself a comprehensivist because she knows a lot about business and people. She started her first training and consulting business almost 40 years ago in Detroit and continued when she moved to Arizona in 1998. She specializes in Talent Development, Management and Instructional Design, Change Management, Business Coaching and Consulting, Process Improvement, Recruiting, Onboarding, Nonprofit Management and Leadership and Project and Event Management.
In 2015 she took a leave of absence from consulting for a job at the Arizona Supreme Court, which combined her love for training & Development with working in the foster care system, managing all aspects of the training lifecycle for CASA of Arizona (Court Appointed Special Advocates for foster children).
In 2017 she left the court and opened Generations Communicate, helping her clients bridge the generation gap to create a dynamic workforce. She has een on the board of ATD (Association for Talent Development) in two states and at the National level and is a past president of the Detroit Chapter. She is also an Educational Surrogate parent with the Arizona Department of Education, volunteering to help foster children navigate at school.
Sue has a BS degree in Social Work and received her coach training from Coach University and Corporate Coach University. She also completed the Blanchard Coaching Certification program.
